Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Legally Bulletproof™ website, contracts, document generators, training, and programs.

Last updated: October 2, 2026

Legally Bulletproof™ is an online legal-education and digital-products business operated by BDESQ LLC, a Florida company, which is the seller of everything on this site. Karam Nahas, a retired litigator licensed in New Jersey who does not practise law, is the founder behind the brand. We sell education and documents — not representation. Nothing on this site creates an attorney-client relationship. Questions about these Terms: karam@legallybulletproof.com.

1.Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing this website, creating an account, or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Disclaimer, each of which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase our products.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you are purchasing on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company.

2.What we sell

We sell digital products and educational services. Today that is contract templates and automated document generators and the Vault: sending a generated contract for electronic signature, storing the signed copy, and key-date reminders (see Section 7). Where we offer them, we also sell training materials, live or recorded sessions (including the Live Contract Q&A), coaching and group programs, and downloadable checklists and tools.

Product descriptions, inclusions, and pricing are as displayed at the time of purchase. We may change our products, features, or pricing at any time; changes do not apply retroactively to purchases already completed.

3.Purchases, payment, and billing

All prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card details. You authorize us and our processor to charge your selected payment method for the total shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes.

For subscriptions and installment plans, you authorize recurring charges on the stated cadence until you cancel. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not refund charges already made. Failed or disputed payments may result in suspension of access until resolved.

4.Refund policy

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable except as expressly stated here or as required by applicable law.

If a product fails to deliver, is materially different from its description, or you were charged in error, email karam@legallybulletproof.com within 14 days of purchase with your order details and we will review the request in good faith. Where a specific product page or program agreement states a different or longer guarantee, that document controls for that product.

Refunds are not available where a document has been generated and downloaded, where a course has been substantially consumed, or where a chargeback has already been filed. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in immediate termination of access.

Vault access (Starter and Full year) is a time-boxed window that starts at purchase. Time that has already passed, and an agreement you have already sent for signature, are not refunded or extended.

5.License to use our documents and materials

Subject to payment in full and your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the purchased documents and materials for your own business and for the business of entities you own or control.

You may not:

  • resell, license, distribute, or share the documents or materials with third parties;
  • use them to provide document-drafting, template, or legal services to clients or third parties;
  • publish, post, or upload them to any public repository, template marketplace, course, or AI training dataset;
  • remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notice, watermark, disclaimer, or attribution;
  • share your account credentials, or allow any person outside your organization to access member-only content.

The completed documents you generate are yours to execute and use in your business. The underlying templates, provisions, generators, curricula, and systems remain ours.

6.No attorney-client relationship; no legal advice

Legally Bulletproof™ provides legal information and education. It does not provide legal advice, and your use of this site or our products does not create an attorney-client relationship with Karam Nahas, Esq., Legally Bulletproof™, or any affiliated entity or person.

No confidential or privileged relationship is formed by submitting information through our forms, generators, emails, chats, comments, or community spaces. Laws vary by jurisdiction and change over time. Automated documents are generated from the answers you provide and are not reviewed for your specific circumstances. Always consult a qualified attorney licensed in your jurisdiction before executing any legal agreement or acting on anything you learn here.

7.The Vault, electronic signature and key dates

Access window. A Starter purchase includes 60 days of Vault access and a Full year purchase includes 12 months, counted from purchase, as stated on the purchase page next to the Buy button. The contract you generate is yours to keep. When the window ends, sending for signature and key-date reminder emails stop, and a new agreement cannot be sent until you buy access again. Your documents and signed copies stay available to download for as long as we keep them (see “Storage” below).

Electronic signature. Agreements are sent for electronic signature through a third-party provider (DocuSeal). Signing is electronic only.We do not witness signatures, we do not notarize, and the signing service does not verify who a signer is: there is no identity verification beyond the email address you give for the other party. You decide who signs, and you are responsible for confirming that an electronic signature is appropriate for your document and your state.

Your terms and the other party’s details. You are responsible for the deal terms you enter (amounts, payment schedule, term and renewal dates) and for the other party’s name and email address. You confirm you may send the agreement to that address, and you agree to indemnify us (Section 13) for claims arising from those terms and details.

Key dates. Key dates and reminders are calculated from your questionnaire answers and the deal terms you enter, not read from the signed document. Check every date against the signed agreement before relying on it. Reminders are emails sent on a best-effort basis while your Vault access is active; a missed or late email does not change any deadline in your contract.

Storage. We store the signed copy and any certificate we receive from the signing provider so you can download them. We do not promise a particular retention period: download and keep your own copy of anything important.

Live Contract Q&A. Where we offer it, the Live Contract Q&A is general legal education in a group setting. It is not advice on your specific matter, it is not private, and taking part does not create an attorney-client relationship.

8.Your account and acceptable use

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to reverse-engineer, scrape, bulk-download, or use automated means to access our content; not to interfere with the security or operation of the site; not to upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content; and not to misrepresent yourself as a lawyer, as our agent, or as being represented by us.

9.Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the Legally Bulletproof™ and BattleTested Lawyer™ names and marks, logos, contract templates and provisions, frameworks, course and program materials, videos, text, graphics, and software — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Except for the limited license in Section 5, no rights are granted to you. Testimonials, reviews, and community posts you submit remain yours, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display them in connection with marketing and operating our business.

10.No guarantee of results

We make no guarantee that using our products will prevent disputes, litigation, regulatory action, or loss, or that you will achieve any particular business, financial, or legal outcome. Examples, case studies, and testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not typical results or promises of performance.

11.Disclaimer of warranties

The site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

12.Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our owners, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or legal costs arising out of or relating to the site or the products — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the site or a product will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you actually paid us for the product giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim arose, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the site or products, your execution or use of any document, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14.Third-party services and links

We rely on third-party providers to operate — including Stripe (payments), Supabase (accounts and data), Resend (email), PDFMonkey (document rendering), and DocuSeal (electronic signature) — and we link to third-party sites and resources. We are not responsible for the content, policies, availability, or practices of any third party.

15.Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, misuse our materials, file a chargeback, or engage in conduct that harms us or other members. On termination, the license in Section 5 ends and you must stop using our templates and materials. Sections 5 through 13 and 16 through 18 survive termination.

16.Governing law and venue

These Terms and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site or products are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and we consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Florida, and each party waives any objection to venue there.

Each party waives any right to a trial by jury and to participate in any class, collective, or representative action, to the extent permitted by law.

17.Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be posted here, and your continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

18.Miscellaneous and contact

These Terms, together with the documents incorporated by reference and any program agreement you sign, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the site and products. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a sale or reorganization of the business.
